SHOPPING ONE HOUR $ 60 ; SHOPPING HALF HOUR $ 45 THIS HAS TO PREARRANGED AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING.

DEAR CLIENT:

Thanks so much for the opportunity to serve you, we are confirming your reservation and your payment .Please print out your confirmation and bring it with you.

** To ensure the availability of our units, your payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to your first transfer time, either arrival or departure.

**We need to check our schedule in order to provide the service.

** All cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your first transfer time, either arrival or departure.

** In case of No Show,  the total bill will be held since units are sent to the pickup location. if we are not contact at all by the client-

** At all cases of cancellation including bad weather, a 10% fee of the total bill will be held to cover administrative procedures; this means that if your cancellation qualifies for a refund, only the 90% of the total bill will be refunded.

**Reservations cancelled out of the prior requirements do not qualify for any refund.

**Is very important that you look for the CIELITO LINDO logo sign , PLEASE MAKE SURE  you look for the sign on the shade number 10 our driver should be there ,

**DONT  stop with time share people inside the airport  as soon you get your luggage  go straight to the exit and  look for us .

*OUR  waiting limit time is 45 minutes after the flight landed  if you lost luggage please contact us this is to know that you still inside and we will wait .

*if you don’t contact us and you are spending time with the sales people inside the terminal more that normal we will charge you $ 45.00 us dlls as an extra fee .

* JUST as well if we get there late you can get credit.

ARRIVAL please any changes or updates let us know in advance

**DEPARTURE please any changes on pick up time  or updates   let us know  with the driver when he drop you off at the  hotel or  24 HRS IN ADVANCE  ( NO HOTEL CONCIERGE PLEASE ) to check  availability  on schedules that day   just as well  we may be 15 minutes  early  or  15 minutes late to your pick up .Contac us at  US numbers Office (702-780-10-50; Cell (760) 702-65-91

Notes: Due to the New Federal Regulation at the Airport all the Transportation Companies are not allowed to have Alcohol in the Vehicle.  So we will just provide cold water.
